Operation: Holiday Drop & Shop is back for another year, and this year’s theme is “The Joy of Giving!”
On Saturday, December 7th from 3:00 to 7:30 p.m St. Jacob’s invites parents and caregivers to enjoy a time of kid-free shopping while kids enjoy a time of parent-free fun!
This event is free and open to all children ages 4-10 years.
The theme this year is “The Joy of Giving”. All activities will center around giving to others—making placements and ornaments for clients of Meals on Wheels and local friends who cannot easily leave their homes, tying fleece blankets for donation to Akron Children’s Hospital, and gift making for their parents, caregivers or friends. Each child will leave with a gift all their own made with lots of love by the congregation of St. Jacob’s.
Registration opens Nov. 18th and is available through the church office by calling 330-877-2676 weekdays from 9am-3pm. Registration is required and must be completed by December 6th!
