Those of you who attended a Quake or Zone event know that Captive Free was great fun! We will be hosting them for a concert at St. Jacob's on Friday, April 9th in conjunction with the "Health Kits for Haiti" service project. Area churches and youth groups will be invited to participate in collecting items needed for the health kits, then we will all meet in Garnes Hall to assemble the health kits, afterwhich we will be entertained by Captive Free for the rest of the evening!
Please spread the word to your friends! The more people we have participating in both the service project and the concert, the more fun we will all have!

The St. Jacob's Youth is partnering with Lutheran World Relief's Fair Trade Chocolate Project to fill your Easter basket! Chocolate purchased through the Fair Trade program will be available for purchase during the fellowship hour in Garnes Hall from now through Easter. By purchasing this chocolate you will be supporting both the "2010 Summer Mission Trip: Expect Great Things!" and helping cocoa farmers receive a fair price for their crops.
Mark your calendars for Sunday, March 7th – It’s Youth Sunday! The Middle School and High School Youth will be kicking Pastor Schafer out for the day and leading the worship services. Come and worship with the Youth!
