At St. Jacob's we support many local, national and international groups who provide food, shelter and emergency help to those in need.  We are proud of the generosity of our members both financially and in their volunteer efforts!  If you would like more information on our involvement with other organizations, please see a member of our Social Ministry committee or contact the church office.
